Ahh...

[but she cannot, there are things to do.

She'll save the best for last and stop fishing a moment to explore the shore.]

There are bright shells dotting the soft sand. Rocks for climbing and even a treasure chest with a treasure map inside!

Though the map is blank. Except for an X marking the spot and a compas in the corner to prove it's a map. But a big red X on a blank page isn't very useful.

[we're going to get some shells and take that map!

curiously, she is going to come to the edge of the water and dip a corner of the map in it to see what happens.]

They're bright and beautiful and cheerful. They kind of make you want to go to a festival or something.

The map... Gets wet. The paper doesn't disintegrate but also there is no hidden ink. The X still marks nothing.

What are you thinking and feeling?

[boo okay the paper gets wet it's not magically protected and it doesn't reveal anything either. she's going to move that treasure chest a little closer to the water before stripping down to her leotard and putting both the map and her clothes back in the chest.

she's feeling curious and driven to solve this mystery.

she wonders, though, does she still have her magic? she tries to will the water to take a shape, a tendril.]

The water responds! It does what she wishes. Whether by magic or her will for it to is hard to say but it does respond.

If she believes she should be able to she sure can!

[still curious and driven to figure out wtf is going on, but also

feeling like she's come home, relaxed, refreshed, happy. she loves the sea with all her heart, even a construct one in someone else.]

The sea seems to love her! The more she loves it the more it loves her back.

Anyway there seems to be an underwater city down here weird was that there before?

[hm on the ONE HAND she wants to go to that city. on the other, she might need the map.

can she go back and get the map, some shells, her clothes, then cast a spell to protect the map from getting wet? it didn't dissolve but we can't be too careful.]

She can! All that works however she thinks or believes it will.

Interesting, there do not seem to be any limitations, as of yet.

The city is abandoned except for the fishes but does appear to otherwise be a perfectly normal... City? Hell even the street lamps work.

City might be a generous word though. Really it's just a little town, with some houses and a chapel. The doors to the houses are locked but the chapel is open.

It's decked out like a normal Septian church but... Well statues, and there are several, behind the altar look familiar.

They're.... Familiar? Rean doesn't know Katsuki, Dark, Deku, or Morin Khuur, so they're indistinct and blurred but you still know who they are.

Hey man these are the things YOU WANTED. They're here.

But they aren't real, and they're stone. Sorry this is the best this heart could do for those desires. Still, it does feel peaceful here.

[well, she hasn't like, caught fire in this church, so she is just going to touch each and every one of them, saving Katsuki for last.

she wonders if maybe she believes hard enough, she can get more distinct features out of them. she wants to try something.]

The more clearly you picture their faces the more distinct they get. But still more like someone being described to someone else than drawn in, as it were.

It takes an eternity or maybe only five minutes? However long, with enough stubbornness and desire, the features become distinct and real and almost like the people are right in front of you, simply sleeping.
